Those days of quarantine, for many, were awful and who hasn’t had that kind of days without an imposed quarantine. One solution to finish this undesired cycle is the attention we give to others, to our social network. Discover how and the science behind it in this article.

We all have a social network of people who matters to us and give love to. If we give the proper attention to it in a correct way. We can get a win-win deal thanks to all the happy chemicals created in your brain by having an active social life.

To pay attention, proper attention to others. It is not about just being there for them. It is about being consent the investment you are making on time and energy to that specific relation. The excellent news here is that by having an active and good relations with your social network you are going to get a series of neuro chemicals: oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine and endorphin in your brain which are happy chemicals that will help you get out of the condition you are going through. Not only you will feel those happy chemicals but your family, friends, etc. That is why it is a win-win deal.

Off course, you do not have to invest the same kind of attention to everyone. You must distribute it into the different relations you have among for your family, friends, and others.
