Attention and dopamine
Now that you are in a moment where you hear news about the pandemic, which is generally not very good, and you are so full of information by all means we know that it generates feelings of fear, uncertainty and a feeling of loss of control, for this I have Some solutions in my following articles on how to play with the chemistry of our body in our favor, to overcome these situations that disturb us every day.

Attention, which is our most important resource, is about thoughs, actions, behavior, etc and what it does is that we look for threads or rewards. When we look for threads, what happens in our body is that we feel fear, for example with the news about covid-19 and that we do not know what to do in this situation, there appears something that is in our brain called Dopamine that makes us look for solutions ( rewards) constantly.
